PaperBoy Leather

At PaperBoy Leather, every journal is handmade to order by a small team. Each piece is crafted slowly and intentionally, one at a time.

Because of this, please review the policies below carefully before placing your order.


Crafting Time

All orders require 1–2 weeks to craft before they are shipped.

This production time is separate from the shipping estimates shown at checkout.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout reflect carrier transit time only and do not include the 1–2 week crafting period.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States.

Available shipping options may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS First-Class Package Service
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express
  • USPS Parcel Select Ground

Shipping method is selected at checkout.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order size and weight

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Transit delays are outside of our control.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

If your address is not available at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.


Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at orders@paperboyleather.com within 14 days of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue. In some cases, we may request photos or additional information to assist with the claim.
