The Repair Program

Paperboy journals are built to go with you for a long time. We stand behind that.

If something goes wrong, a snap, metal hardware, a tear, or a hole in the leather.

Send it back and we'll fix it. Just cover shipping to us and we'll handle the rest. No expiration. As long as you own it.

In the rare case that a repair isn't possible, we'll give you a discount off the same journal on the site.

Email us at orders@paperboyleather.com before sending anything back. Let us know what's going on and we'll take it from there.

The Fine Print

The Repair Program covers structural damage that occurs during normal use to snaps, metal hardware, as well as any tears, rips, holes, and deep gouges in the leather. It does not cover water damage, natural patina, surface wear, color variation, or cosmetic changes that develop on the leather over time.

We operate this program on the honor system. We trust that if you're sending something in, it genuinely needs attention. In return, we'll treat every repair as if it were our own.

We will reach out and explain how we will address the tears, rips, holes, or deep gouges before we do anything. You can cancel anytime before we start the repair process.

If a repair isn't possible, we'll reach out with options to help you get back into a new journal at a discount.

Customer is responsible for shipping to us. We cover return shipping on all repairs. Please note the Repair Program is available to U.S. customers only.

Repairs typically take 7–14 days once we receive your journal.
